To help you decide, we offer sizing based on measuring the garment, as well as the body that goes inside it.
Use the top measurements to measure yourself and the garment measurements to measure a jacket that fits you.
How to measure chef's jackets.
To take a ½ chest measurement, lay the garment down on a flat surface and use a tape to measure from armpit to armpit.
To take a body length measurement, lay the garment down on a flat surface and use a tape to measure from the top of the collar to the end of the tail.
