Shipping

All orders over $250 get free shipping.

Any order less than $250 will be charged a flat shipping and handling fee of $19.95.

We ship via Australia Post as well as couriers, StarTrack, DHL / TNT Express and Toll Ipec.

Depending where you live in Australia, this can take 7-10 business days.

If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an alternative product or an estimated new delivery date.

For very large orders and pallet lots we will arrange bulk freight and we will contact you with those details.

If you have your own freight arrangements mark the In-store pickup option and include notes with your order.

We will pack and label your order as usual and you can arrange your courier to collect it.

Exchanges / Returns

We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Workwear Discounts, however, occasionally you may need to exchange or return an item.

You have 14 days to begin the return or exchange process - starting from the date your goods are delivered.

Garments sent back for a refund will need to be in new condition in their original undamaged packing and with tags attached.

We offer free returns for items which are: damaged, faulty, incorrectly sent [ie wrongly tagged].

Change of mind and incorrectly ordered items will incur a $19 re-stocking fee to help us cover the cost of inspecting returned goods and processing them back into our warehouse system.

Faulty Returns

For goods which are: damaged, faulty, incorrectly sent [ie wrongly tagged] we offer free returns.

We can also arrange to have minor faults (missed stitches or loose buttons) to be repaired by our seamstress, just let us know and we'll arrange a return.

You have 14 days to begin the return or exchange process - starting from the date your goods are delivered.

To return an item, use our Contact Page or call on 1300 720 366 explaining why you need a return and to request authority to return.

We will reply within 2 business days with an Online Return and Exchange Form.

Complete the form and return it with your invoice and goods to:

Once a return has been approved and the goods have been returned to us, we will arrange the full amount (including shipping) to be refunded to you, if you do not require a replacement item to be sent back to you.

We will process the refund as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours) but in any case, within 5 business days of receipt of the original order back to us.

The full amount you paid will be refunded back to your original payment method (Paypal or Credit Card).

Money is usually back in your account within 3 business days.

Some banks/card issuers finalise refunds within a couple of business days, while others may wait until the end of the statement month to process refunds.

If the refund seems to be taking more than 6 business days, let us know and we will chase it up for you.


Returns / Refunds

We understand that sometimes people make mistakes and order the wrong size or colour.

Workwear Discounts is happy to take goods back, however, there is a cost to this.

If the goods are NOT faulty, a $19 (per order) re-stocking fee may be taken from your refund.  This is an automatic filter that is there to discourage people from ordering lots of sizes and styles and returning things that don't fit.

Please ensure that the returned goods have not been worn outside and are still in original saleable condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Once a return has been approved and the goods have been returned to us, we will arrange the remainder to be refunded to you.

We will process the refund as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours) but in any case, within 5 business days of receipt of the original order back to us.

The full amount you paid less the $19 re-stocking fee will be refunded back to your original payment method (Paypal or Credit Card).

Exchanges

Where you may have changed your mind or ordered a size or colour in an item that you no longer require, we can also exchange, refund, or offer store credit.

Please note that there is a restocking fee of $19 per order to help us cover our costs of inspecting returned goods and processing them back into our warehouse system.

Please ensure that the returned goods have not been worn outside and are still in original saleable condition with all tags and packaging intact.

In the case where we have actually sent out what has been ordered and there is no manufacturing fault, postage costs both ways are the responsibility of the customer.
